Payment Guide  
  1. You are required to register for a GudangVoucher (GV) account in order for you to transact with us. The registration is free and make sure you entered your full name as per your IC for speedy payment processing with banks.
     
  2. Upon registration, you may start to buy the products from our website by adding the products into your cart at any time. Total payment amount will be shown when you are ready to checkout. If the balance in your GV account is sufficient, a cash register image will be shown, where you may proceed to click to confirm your checkout.

    Otherwise, you are required make a payment deposit at one of the GV’s bank accounts show below: -

  3. Payment deposit is to reserve the money that you have paid into GV’s bank account for you to start shopping with us for any products that are available like e-Vouchers code from our website.
     
  4. You can find out the available balance in your GV account after login into your GV account. The available balance is shown at the ACCESS area (right panel). You will find the history of your purchases and payments, confirm your payment, change your profile information, change password and etc.
     
  5. To make a payment, we recommend you to do a bank transfer from any of GV’s Banks facilities. The available facilities are Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM and CDM. You may choose one of the payment methods within the banks.
     
  6. Payment Method #1: Online Real-Time Payment
    This payment method will instantly update your GV account balance upon completion. What you need it to click the bank under Real-Time Payment and follow the steps. To do this, we need to have an Internet Banking account with following banks:
    a.    RHB Bank via RHB Now
    b.    CIMB Bank via CIMBClicks

    If you interested to open the bank account, please email to cs@gudangvoucher.my. We will advice you accordingly.
     
  7. Payment Method #2: Payment within the Same Bank.
    If you have an account in the same bank with us, you may make transfer payment using ATM or Internet Banking. If the payment is not reflected immediately, you may proceed to make confirm payment yourself in GV account. To do that, please proceed to the ACCESS area in your GV account and select the "Confirm Payment", follow the steps as shown on screen. Please allow 5 to 10 minutes for balance synchronization process and your GV balance will be updated automatically.

    Please take note of bank maintenance schedule notice before doing your payment confirmation, it shown at beginning of the Confirm Payment page. If you are making transfer within maintenance time, you may not be able to get the latest GV balance immediately.

    If in any case you failed to confirm your payment within 1 or 2 hours, there could be some connection problem between our system and the bank. Please contact our customer service by emailing to cs@GudangVoucher.MY so we can help to do manual payment confirmation immediately.
     
  8. Payment Method #3: Payment from Other Bank.
    If you don't have any bank account in any of the GV’s Banks and you wish to transfer from another bank account, you may try GIRO transfer payment or other interbank transfer facility at your bank like Internet Banking or ATM transfer.

    Please email us the following payment information to cs@gudangvoucher.my: -
    a.    Which bank you make the payment from.
    b.    The bank account number.
    c.     The account holder name.
    d.    Amount that you paid.

    Please take note that delay may be occurred due to clearing schedule (1 to 2 business days for GIRO). We will monitor and update your GV account immediately the payment is cleared.
     
  9. Payment Method #4: Cash Payment.
    If you do not have account in any bank, you may make the cash deposit payment at the following GV’s banks Cash Deposit Machine (CDM): -
    a.    Public Bank, account number: 3-1746180-35
    b.    CIMB Bank, account number: 1264-0005194-052
    Please keep the cash deposit receipt for you to do payment confirmation later.

    You are required to confirm payment at the ACCESS area in your GV account by selecting the "Confirm Payment" and follow the steps till complete. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for balance synchronization process and your GV balance will be updated automatically.

    If the payment is not reflected in your account after 1 hour, please scan/take a photo of the CDM receipt and send to cs@GudangVoucher.MY for us to verify and update your account accordingly.
     
  10. To maintain our data integrity, our system is scheduled to automatically clearing any items on your cart that has been there for more than 1 hour without confirmation purchase or checkout action.

    No worry, you may put your items again at any time when you ready.
     
  11. For security reason, you are allow up to 10 (ten) items on every cart.
    You may do checkout after your cart reached the maximum 10 (ten) items. Thereafter, you may fill your cart again with another maximum 10 (ten) items and so on.
